Recently the media began reporting that terrorists shout "God is great in Arabic" and not that they shout "Allahu akbar".

The media is playing games and hoping the influence thoughts with their intellectual dishonestly. Allahu akbar is the Takbir. It's written in Arabic and meant to be said in Arabic. Saying it in English has no meaning.

just because he yelled allahu ackbar doesn't mean its terrorism, maybe it was just the time of day when the guy prays

Actually, it's fake news. Aloha Snackbar translates to Hello, Snackbar.

You don't say the Takbir in English.

The terrorists are saying the Takbir.

Saying "God is great" in English is not the Takbir.

Feel better.
