I hope you're wrong but I have resigned myself to believe just that. Hopefully the next 6.5 years of GEOTUS will create some long lasting change behind the scenes.

I haven't heard him say there is no deep State, maybe he doesn't like the term but I think we all know it's undeniable that the Deep state exist... it's an internal culture , a mindset rather than some kind of organized conspiracy...
