He currently has multiple criminal investigations ongoing. Is he innocent until proven guilty? Absolutely, that's how it works in our country.
But don't be disingenuous and compare a guy currently undergoing multiple criminal investigations and civil lawsuits, involving over 80 accusers, spanning a time frame of decades, with numerous witnesses... to a guy who was accused of sexual assault at 17 years old, 38 years ago in high school, with not even a single witness.
