There is no doubt in my mind that sHitlary knew all about this back in 2016 and that's how she blackmailed Joe into not running in 2016.
Now, she was hoping that it would come out earlier so there could be some hope for her replacing Joe on the tickets. But, Rudy, Bannon, etc. brought it out too late and now the Dims are basically stuck with Biden/Harris and most knowing that a vote for a Biden/Harris ticket is a vote to make Harris President. Trump SHOULD EMPHASIZE THIS tonight.
