So whatcha saying is i need to go in debt up to my arse on some land somewhere?

Reduce your cash holdings. If you have to borrow the money then this doesn't apply unless you just want to invest in real estate.

Serious Question, where do you suggest moving excess funds outside of emergency fund?

Roth 401(k)
Roth IRA

invest in some diversified index funds through these avenues and take advantage of the company match, assuming you have this benefit. The stock market generally keeps pace with monetary expansion so it'll at least preserve your worth if not grow it slightly.

use your mortgage as an inflation hedge, as the dollar devalues your debt against your house is also devalued at the same time your home equity goes up

invest in cryptocurrencies. These technologies will separate government from money and while they are finding their value have outpaced everything else.

I'd argue you are being stubborn to the point of irresponsibility at this point in time after seeing how crypto has received institutional adoption if you don't have at least 1% of your portfolio allocated into a crypto portfolio split between Bitcoin, Ethereum, and some of the smaller cap coins.
