This chinese business partner he is referring to was the head of CEFC. The feds had charged him for various bribes in the spring and he is on trial, he had since disappeared in china and the chinese govt has siezed his businesses.
So the FBI knew this, knew his company had given biden a billion for a joint venture, has his laptop with all the shat on it......and still does not pursue a case against him. The FBI is total shat,and the DOJ for not dragging agents by the neck before a court and charge their arses.
