There was a CNN piece a few years back that they’ve probably already memory holed about the growing trend of Chinese nationals using American surrogates for child birth in order to get access to benefits. It’s not just birth tourism. This is a real problem.

Oh I know. I've definitely not been shy on here, for awhile now, about all the immigration abuses out there that we need to correct.
Unfortunately we have justices that probably go with the personal"feels" instead of what's right in defense of our nation. I have no doubt that both Roberts and ACB thought of their foreign born adopted kids during this process. Even though they won't fit the issue being fixed, I'm sure it still affected them some.
Just gotta hope Trump goes balls to the wall on letting in people now. Especially fixing the Guam and Mariana Islands entries. Fricking obama changing Chinese visa rules back in 09ish has definitely done what his anti-American racist arse has wanted. Thanks to the White-guilted boomers.
