“I’d previously been considering the shingles vaccination since I had chicken pox as a kid but no way in hell I’m taking it now because I don’t trust them anymore.”
I understand the sentiment,I quit taking flu shots and wasn’t going to take the shingles shot. Then I got the shingles, pain was unbelievable,it got way to close to my eye.
My primary care Dr. recommends them and I trust him.I asked him about the flu shot and he said he doesn’t take it and doesn’t recommend it.
He also didn’t push the Covid shot and gave pts.ivermectin from a big stash he had, didn’t charge them.He was taking a big risk of getting crossways with the medical establishment.
I didn’t know all that when I had Covid,I took Tractor Supply ivermectin, worked fine,I go to church with his office nurse and she told me all that.I was forced to get a primary care Dr.by my Medicare Advantage plan, of course I went to him
What he does push is Vit D3/K2,he thinks it works better than

To be fair. All the ones that would regret it are probably dead. Covid was real. A lot of people did die. And a lot of healthy people should have never gotten the shot, did get the shot and had adverse effects. Both statements can be true. It’s ok.

Vaccines aren’t risk-free — no medical intervention is. Rare fatal side effects happened, were investigated, and led to adjustments (e.g., age restrictions, preferences for mRNA over viral vector in some countries).
For the vast majority, the vaccines reduced severe outcomes and death from COVID. Individual risk depends on age, health, prior infection, and variant timing

Imagine a ‘vaccine’ so great the only way that it works for anyone is if everyone takes it.
