I’d say it’s (or would be, as it were) all on the Milley for breaking the very highest level of the “sacred” chain of command. And of course in doing so his oath as well, another “sacred” thing as I understand it. The chain and oath don’t include exceptions and that’s probably quite intentional.

Yes, I know this is what you’d say. But my statement in no way and to no degree excuses Milley for his treasonous behavior. And you know this.
