False logic. By your analysis then abortion has already been banned for years in America. The Amish are in America. The Amish do not allow abortion. Therefore abortion is banned in America.
A govt example. Shreveport law says you cannot open a liquor store before 8 a.m. So, by your logic 'Alcohol is banned in Shreveport.'

At least Troy you are honest, and I respect that. I don’t like abortion at all, except in rare circumstances, but crime is much bigger concern for me, and to be totally frank I don’t think much of our society gives a frick about children to began with other than as sex toys. if God is truly just, we are cursed to hell anyway.

Well, there are several ways, but the best one would be the people having sex doing so responsibly so that a child is not conceived? Seems the simplest and smartest solution, doesn’t it? I would agree with much of that. As far as crime goes, thankfully SCOTUS at least partially addressed that as well. Corrupt governments have been put on notice that the law abiding have a constitutional right to be as armed as the criminals who ignore the law.
