That's a problem for your side. There is nobody warming up in the bullpen
And democrats aren't my "side," but wherever this president stands politically, I'm happy to be with the other guy. And there are plenty more like me.

the only logical explanation is Trump is the Antichrist

Even if Trump has a good economy going, ObamaCare replacement is going well and there has been no major foreign policy frick ups?
Damn you hate Trump that bad to be sticking with an absolute like that huh?

Right. It looks like Elizabeth Warren's going to be the front runner. She will be beaten by Trump - bigly.

I don't think I saw much of that.

In my opinion, his just goes to show a few truths in play in the last election:
1) The Dems have gone WAY too far. Despite their hopes and dreams, the people of this country have not fundamentally changed.
2) The GOP's faux-outrage and secret acquiescence to the Dem's expansion of the federal government didn't work. The people see right through that shite and want them thrown out.
3) Hillary was an incredibly bad candidate. No matter how "inevitable" the press made her seem, and not only how stupid, crazy, and/or out-of-touch the press made the GOP candidate seem, not everyone would be fooled into voting for her.

Never forget: 1/2 of America is below average.

Are you under the impression that Hillary ran a good campaign? The Democrat convention was shocking, and beyond cringeworthy.

Honestly, I just can't wrap my mind around how otherwise rational people can see the events of the last 6 months so differently.
In my 48 years, that was the biggest shitshow of a convention I have ever seen. Entertaining, yes. But an embarrassing shitshow nonetheless. The fact that you don't see it speaks volumes about you.

Yes, now we have a delusional, narcissistic dangerous little man in charge of this country. Can it get any better?

quote:He won by about 70,000 votes (losing the popular by record numbers) against one of the worst candidates in history. I mean she literally fell on her face during the campaign. And he had the help of Russia, Wikileaks, and the fricking FBI director. You guys talk a lot about bubbles. Outside the Trumpkin bubble his victory doesn't look so impressive. He's already despised by a large portion of the population. I don't know anyone who has much hope for his presidency after just one week (well outside TD).

That's pretty easy to do as a billionaire who's made a living scamming people.

It's getting better with each passing day for me. For those of your political persuasion, it's going to be painful. But like a frog in boiling water, you will learn to like it. You will be singing Trump's praises in a few years.
