No worries brother. We both know it does not change the fact he claimed a Bronze Star for service.

Good grief, these people

So quick question which has been confusing me. He claimed the Bronze Star (for freaking service no less) when he was a WH intern yet it was finally awarded almost 20 years later when he was in politics. I have never heard of awards being given long after service for “service”. I have seen where medals were upgraded post service. This sounds really fishy and as if somebody is covering for a lie.

Wasn’t William Jefferson Clinton a draft dodger?

Obama would have had an issue being a box kicker while Biden’s one living son was given a cushy Naval Reserve billet only to get cashiered after failing a drug test for Colombian Booger Sugar. Da Nang Dick served in Vietnam and Timmy “I swear I ain’t gay” Waltz carried a weapon in combat….in Italy.

It is impossible to make an "honest mistake" about being a Recipient of the Bronze Star.

Your instincts are spot on Marine. This was a CYA that was supported by the administration and senior Army leaders.

Disgusting.

I have first hand knowledge regarding another award involving a politician who served as a Citizen Soldier as well.

But I will keep that one to myself.

Well, I was at the change of command and was surprised myself.
