Why?
If they can't increase population at a sufficient rate to prop up prices on the demand side they will print more Japanese Yen on the supply side to maintain prices.
It's what we do with the dollar. Same with all countries run by central banks.

I would imagine that a properly behaved American southerner wouldn't have any trouble. Every culture will have its small quirks, but general decorum is pretty universal. Just don't be an a-hole.
