Just like I said. The SCOTUS doesn't care if you feel you are entitled to it. If a ban is ever put in place you will never win an argument to overturn in it in the courts.

SCOTUS not deciding to hear a case has nothing to do with their opinion. The hear only a fraction of the cases submitted to them, usually only stepping in when lower courts reach contradictory opinions. One such case is winding it's way though now and the same lawyer that made people like you his bitch in v. Heller is involved.

Lol haven't had law since freshman yr. But I'd love to hear how several state are allowed to openly wipe their asses with the constitution. I guess our tyrannical government will target them first.

Well that constitution is getting pretty dirty. Some of these assault weapons bans are a couple decades old. But the court system is a slow process so I'm sure they'll get their comeuppance anyway now, right?
