So.....

Im still waiting on an argument that is void of logical fallacies and pleas to emotions.

I find it odd that you can't do this simple task.

If only I had the same level of delusional confidence that you have. I'll pay for you to take an IQ test if you'll agree to let me post them for the entire political board to see.

Where in the 2nd Amendment does it add those qualifiers?

Where it says the right to bear ARMS I.E. FIREARMS. It doesn't say the right to bear firearms, artillery, and other WMD's. Our founders were actually intelligent guys who were rational. I'm sorry that you need to take this to the absolute most extreme possible example to not look like a complete idiot but you're still there brother.

Tell that to the 17 people who died last week in a Florida high school.

17 vs. millions in one second. Not different situations at all lol. Idiot

Australia.

I'm not even proposing Australia-level restrictions, but jesus if you're just going to lob it up there for me like a jackass, sure, I'll swing.

Fewer guns mean fewer gun deaths.

Again, that's neither emotion nor fallacy.

Or are you using "devoid of emotion and fallacies" as a meaningless term you'll just keep throwing out, because you're not really grasping the argument anymore? It's okay, we get it. You need some time to catch up every now and again.

So more laws to break will make people like the cockbag that shot up the school realize he shouldn't do it?

I doubt a troubled kid in a foster home with limited access to resources is going to hit up a black-market arms dealer to purchase his arsenal. That's the point - you make it harder to get the means, you reduce the chance they can go through with it.

Dumbass.

The problem with banning a certain firearm is that it does not achieve the ends that its aimed at. The bottom line is crazy people will still kill 50 people at a concert. So there is no reason to strip away a fundamental right of the citizenry for a few crazies.

Haven't ever played those, but shoulder-mounted nukes exist in the real world. Why can't I own one, champ?

My shoulder-mounted nuke falls under the category of 'arms'. Where can I get one?

I'd prefer neither situation, but you're perfectly fine with the 17. I don't know how to teach you empathy, little man.

So more laws dumbass.

So now the only way in your fricked up world to procure a weapon is a black market dealer.

Fewer guns is a fantasy solely because a rump of one political party in the US has decided that they're fine with children dying so long as they get to caress their firearms before sleep every night.

If x happens than y will happen

If the sea rises people will drown!

If no one smoked cigarettes no one would die from cigarettes

If cars were never invented, there would be no car accidents

Uh cuz ya have to have access to a warhead to be able to operate one, champ. Want me to slowly explain the difficulties associated with that again, champ?

Wherever. Let me know how that worked out for you after you get thrown in jail for getting 1% through the process of acquiring the ammunition for it though.

Why don't you go out and lobby for causes that won't lead to innocent deaths then, little mr. empathy man? Why are you obsessed with getting rid of the first line of defense for many people who could be in harm's way while ignoring issues like texting while driving? I've literally never seen you lobby for something that doesn't hurt conservatives, little man. Being a sociopath and wishing harm on 50% of the country isn't better than someone who sees that taking away a very useful tool over one tragedy that involved .0000000523% of the population is a net negative to society. I'm sorry that I'm smarter than you and that I can see the forest through the trees, little man.
