Designated Losers. They were supposed to lose. McCain campaigned on losing and embraced it. Romney realized after the first debate that he screwed up and corrected that error.

The great myth of the middle. That people don’t naturally draw to right and wrong. That’s why Trump and Obama won. People right and wrong have a natural gravity with voters and you forget that at the risk of them staying home.
