Or any other bad neighborhoods in the country and whoever is doing the crime there. I don't concern myself much with DC because I don't live there. Am I concerned about crime and despair where I live? Of course.

If you don't believe things that is up to you. But continue living in fear. There has been a substantial reduction in crime in the last 2 years and is continuing into the Trump presidency. Those are things we should all be happy about. You refuse to acknowledge reality. Probably because you're ignorant and scared.
