How bad is the melt going to be when Trump sues and gets to run for a 3rd term?

The fact that his first term has been wildly successful by any measurement, it's also not up for debate that it has been intentionally stymied by constant fake and Trumped (pun intended) up and manufactured attempts to overthrow a duly elected POTUS.
Simply put, the swamp and deep state have attempted a soft coup right before our eyes and it's getting more and more exposed by the minute.
Rudy has been laying the groundwork with talk of lawsuits against the perpetrators of this scam witch hunt. Trump is building up his legal team with solid litigators that know constitutional law (please God hire Mark Levin).
How bad will the left and their minions shite the bed when Trump sues for, and is then given the right to run for a 3rd term once all of the treason and sedition is uncovered? This could potentially be one of the reasons that the left won't let the thing with Kavabaw go. They didn't do this with Gorsuch, why not? That seat was practically stolen from them with Cocaine Mitch swinging his Senate Majority Leader big balls in an election year yet you never hear a word about Gorsuch.

As much as it is probably the fair thing to do, I would be opposed to it and be appalled at a Supreme Court that would side with a third term.
One day, the democrats will have a president. And they are all deranged... so not good if this precedent has been set.
Besides, the biggest problem with Trump's first term, even bigger than the bullshite from the Dems, was asswipes like Jeff Flake, John McCain, Paul Ryan, etc., etc.

The most anyone can serve is 10 years. So theoretically if Trump is impeached and removed pence could be run at the end of the term and then be elected twice.
