“Men only” gyms are legal, though I doubt the typical gym guy would join a men only gym.

Rhetorical question? Not sure.
Private clubs can reject anyone for any reason. They may change that because of social pressure/political pressure/financial pressure/etc. but they can reject anyone outright without a care in the world. The political pressure wouldn't be some type of threat for prosecution, necessarily, but that kind of pressure can take many forms outside of the legal system. Golf clubs do this all the time.

I do too, but let’s be real, it’s kind of distracting and difficult to not look like a creep and ogle those fine asses.
There’s also been stories of dudes talking to women at gyms and getting banned because she reported feeling harassed to the staff.
You also have a few random chicks not even working out but just standing over equipment taking Instagram selfies.
