Seems like the majority of these types of cop interactions are the ones that tend to escalate beyond the scope of the initial stop.
Just have cops respond to violent crimes.

Weird, i've never had issues trying to not get arrested. Maybe instead of pandering the laws to criminals, the criminals pander to the laws?

So, don't have to worry about DUIs anymore? Get in an auto accident, we just leave it up to the people involved to handle it? What could possibly go wrong?
Also, if they defund the police, but do not disband the police; how many more tickets/arrests do you think we will see if that is the agencies sole source of income?

IMO drug laws need reforms. Traffic laws on the other hand.. Well I don't want to envision someone doing 50 mph in my neighborhood and running stop signs with all the kids outside playing.
