Looks like a small (relative to his portfolio) real estate investment by Viktor Vekselberg. Not much to it.

TLDR - Ultra rich Russian has money in an investment firm, which then invested into Coastal Ridge Estate Partners, which then was part of the group that built/oversees Arlington Cottages

He likely has no knowledge he even owns it, just one of many investments done by whoever handles his money. Just like Bill Gates owning Louisiana farmland, it makes up such a tiny percentage of his wealth he likely doesn’t know he owns it.
