Thank God!
Shejack would’ve been the death knell.
Shejack would’ve been the death knell.

You dodged a bullet, but I have no doubt that the Dem mayor will stab the people in the back at some point.

Adams ran on tightening up on crime in New York. How's that working out?

Talked to so many suckers who think they dodged a bullet when in reality they took a bullet in the gut instead of the temple.

She is still in the house hurting all of us.

It was closer than it should have been and she ran zero ads

True. I'd rather her be in Houston to localize the threat of her idiocy.

no it wasn’t. She’s a well known politician who has had a loyal following for 20+ years. JW beat her handily.
And he’s very anti-MAGA

Whitmire - 65%
SJL - 35%
In no universe is that close.

Now she can get back to figuring out how the MARS ROVER will be able to take pictures of the flag our astronauts planted on The MOON.
*in all seriousness, who DVs the OP?
Are there really people on this board who support Sheila Jackson Lee? By every metric, from policy to personality, she's a garbage human being.
What POSSIBLE reason would you DV her defeat?

At least you know what you have with her. If she would have won Mayor, then we would have gotten Sylvester Turner! He's worse than Shejack!!

I voted for Whitemire but downvoted because if you think ANY politician cares about you over special interest or their own pockets you are misled.

Won’t matter one iota.

Yes it was not that close and her base got her to a run off….. I just think she should not have even made the runoff
