It’s like the scorpion and the frog…
There was a scorpion on a riverbank. He wanted to get to the other side of the river but just had no idea how to do it. A little later he sees a frog hopping on the other river bank. Suddenly the scorpion sees his opportunity…he calls out to the frog to please come help him get to the other side.
The frog replies that he absolutely will not because the moment he gets the scorpion, the scorpion will sting him. The scorpion retorts that of course he wouldn’t do THAT…for if he did the frog would die with him in tow and they’d both drown. So the frog mulls it over and decides he can do this good deed. He swims over to the scorpion and gives him a life.
Halfway across, the scorpion suddenly stings the frog. The frog was like WTF? Why did you do that you moron now we will both surely die. The scorpion says “I know, it’s just in my nature!”
That’s exactly how Dems are…they just can’t resist what’s in their nature, even if it costs them by their double cross.

He won't because he knows he has the upper hand. He is already sticking his neck out w/ his vote. Accepting the House changes would be him slitting his throat. Won't happen. We can only hope the House Dems decide to stick to their guns and not accept the Senate bill.

The best thing that could happen is they strip out the moderate stuff and Manchin votes against it. That bill is awful
