Was McGahn even White House Counsel when this was going on?

Yeah she will most likely force McGahn to testify; but she will also have to show why it is warranted to break executive privilege.
They don't care that Obama utilized executive privilege and immunity so much he was'nt getting any where near impeachment. He bragged about having good lawyers.
