Straight from the horses mouth on congress.gov

quote:

“(2) shall award grants to health care agencies, State and local law enforcement agencies, or public safety agencies to assist such agencies in designing, establishing, and operating locative tracking technology programs for individuals with forms of dementia, such as Alzheimer's Disease, or children with developmental disabilities, such as autism, who have wandered from safe environments.”;

It always starts with an "altruistic gesture", then slowly they add more "groups/identities" to the list over the years. This is serious stuff folks. Micro chipping people. The gov't would be able to have officials such as police, etc apprehend people to force them to get these implants as they evolve this bill.

A boat load in the House are co-sponsoring this bill & there is a tab you can click that shows every rep in favor of it. Make note.

Revelation 13:16 And he requires everyone small and great, rich and poor, free and slave to be given a mark on his right hand or on his forehead,
17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark: the beast’s name or the number of his name.

That's talking about Muslims wearing their stupid thing on their forehead with the Arabic saying.

There's a low-tech solution too.

They usually use children instead of old people to try and pass overreaching plans.

93 co sponsors total - 1 LA rep

Cedric Richmond (D-LA) is the only 1 of the 90+ from the Boot to co sponsor this. It passed the house, and is on to the Senate.

Well, they are. They are targeting "autistic" kids with this bill as well. And best believe those diagnoses will go up tremendously if this gets passed.

Listen to the message, not the messenger please.

And I'm sure that in the future, parents who refuse to chip their kids will be vilified and made to look like fools. Maybe they will even have their kids removed from them because it will be viewed as a sign of child abuse?

LINK /
Project Lifesaver
This is the sort of program to be funded. Every county in Alabama has this in place.
Voluntary, no microchip involved.

Voluntary is obviously different, but this is a bill being passed by the gov't that is leaning towards involuntary & arbitrary metrics for determination.

The link you provided was for ".org"

Sourced mine with ".gov"

There is a difference.

How did government get to the point where they feel issues like this are under their authority?

You realize this is an ELECTIVE program which those making the medical decisions for such people would have to agree to, right?

This isn't some forced monitoring program.

This is so open to abuse...and of course, it eventually will occur.

Furthermore, this isn't even a bill about establishing tracking programs. It's about funding agencies to develop the technology and systems to eventually do so.

Why should the government be affiliated with this in any degree?

Be honest, you didn't read the bill did you? You just read the excerpt posted and what others have said about it.

100% exactly. High potential for abuse.

Am I mistaken that the Senate can ask for changes to be made in this bill as a condition of passing it? Either way, this starts a dangerous precedent with gov't bio systems used for tracking.
