Well today, Scotus took that option away with regard to birthright citizenship.

But they should be relied upon to make the correct Constitutional interpretations. Especially the two supposedly "conservative" Justices, albeit the most obviously Trump hating "conservative" Justices even before this ruling. They failed us today and voted with America hating commie leftists...

Their hatred of Trump and unwillingness to give him a legacy defining win today, is obviously more than their love for the country.

In case you haven’t noticed, Congress has steadily shifted more of its responsibilities over to the Judiciary so they don’t have to make hard decisions and threaten re-election efforts.

I would add that Congress would give budget making abilities over to the courts if it could, but Congress hasn’t passed a budget in 30 years.

Congress isn't operating the way our founding fathers intended.
But whose fault is that? Folks hate to hear this answer, but the fault lies with those who elect their congressional representation amd that be "we the people ".

Our federal government is in the sad shape it's in because we the people have allowed it be so.
Too many folks don't pay attention and don't vote, and too many that do vote shouldn't be or don't contribute a damn thing.

Or did Trump and Miller's EO strategy do that?

Lol

I’m sure you’ll be able to point me to Congress’s legislation addressing border and immigration issues.

correct interpretations of law.

Agree. There is a lot of "intent" being slung around here today, but if you judge by intent, there are likely several ruling favorable to the country as a whole that could have gone the other way.
It's up to us to craft well written laws and have them passed.
The problem is complacency among the populous and a minority of vocal, radical progressives, allied with the MSM.
