Well, you are the one who said YOU ALWAYS KNEW!
So, I figured at age 4, we'll, you knew.

Great rebuttal.

Maybe you like a train of 20 mule dicks?
You already know the answer to your hyperbole.
He wouldn't like that "train".
Would you like that "train"?
The operational word being "like".
"Like" is the rebuttal.
No one is going after that 'train' unless they are attracted to it.
Are you?
No?
Think about it.
Are there circumstances you could envision where you would "like" it?
That is kind of the point.
If one is attracted to women, and not to men, he will not go gay as a behavioral choice . . . just as you won't.

One of my closest friends is gay. I asked him when he first thought he was gay. He said "you know when you started looking at girls like "wow they're no longer just girls they're something more and attractive to me? That's about the time, but with the boys"
Makes complete sense, he's never not been himself. It's 100% not a choice. If any of y'all actually got to know some of the people you don't understand, it would do wonders for your outlook on people.

I agree.
But how the hell is it genetic?
What chromosome is fricked up?
What allele on which chromosome is it?
I hear a lot of shouting but no one in this thread pointing to any facts.
You're an MD right? Tell me...

I know plenty of gay dudes. Everybody had that gay uncle right?
It's these shite posts you make that make it excruciating painful to talk with you.
Let's stay on topic...

I understand why you think this way, I just happen to not agree with your way of thinking. I'm not religious anymore, but I used to be so I can see from your point of view. You don't have to worry about me being "saved" or whatever, I don't believe in Hell. Heaven, sure that's plausible but I think "heaven" is a relative term. This world is too much of a messed up place for me to be athiest. I think earth is our starting place but heaven is the endpoint. I believe everyone goes to heaven though, as unfair as it may seem to our human minds. I guess we'll see
Repent and believe. It's the only way to be saved from your sins. Ignoring it won't make it go away.

How the frick is me saying it's not a choice off topic? That's literally the subject of the thread.

Could be polygenetic. Could be variable expressivity. Perhaps a combination.
In some instances, there is certainly a social component. In many cases there is also contributing choice. No question about it.
But in most instances 'gay' appears a matter of physiologic sexual attraction, rather than psychologic choice. That points to genetic expression.

You have no proof to justify your claim.
Then you hurl insults at people who call you out on that lack of proof!
Your only proof is what your gay best friend told you!

You haven't pointed to any facts. You pointed to "genetic expression."
So, it's the same calamity as the earth is heating and humans are the cause for it.
A lot of nuance with no proof.

You pointed to "genetic expression."
Selective expression at that.
I'm not a "science is settled" guy though.
If that's what your seeking here, I'm not your solution.
Especially on a topic that, as I've already explained, we have not sorted out.
But I can clarify for you when a study is ill-conceived or its conclusions unfounded. Both are the case with the OP.

So, it's not settled; but we have to believe the narrative of it being "genetic?"
You do know the only reasoning behind this was the push from the Democratic Party to make it political and drive out the family values norms of our country?
It's bullshite. Just like the AGW narrative. So, we are expected to believe this shite; and if not, we are bigoted, closeted homosexual, or just plain horrible people.
Nah. frick that. Provide me to a clear link that homosexuals is genetic. Even alcoholism. Then I'll be a believer.

Just admit it. You need the gay vote. You need any fricking vote at this point.
A shame you got rid of that white male vote last year though, huh?
Oh,hum... my privilege. Woe is me.

All I can tell you is science points to polygenesis, with a likely genetic influence.
Component contribution in that regard remains elusive.
The OP publication is crap.

Coming from a middle-aged dude who chose to hang around with a bunch of dudes, ALL the time, hot and sweaty over there in the Middle East, never got married, never even known to have a girlfriend, talked about peace and love all rhe time...
Sounds pretty gay to me
