2. Didn't kill him very good (Rich was conscious for hours afterward)
3. Didn't think to make it seems as though a robbery or some other plausible scenario had taken place
Or he got into a brawl with a crackhead in his gentrifying hood in the middle of the night that ended with him getting shot. Maybe he was buying coke. Maybe he was part of a gang initiation. People get killed for little reason every day of the week. Especially on inner city streets in the AM hours. He's hardly the first.
I don't think it's reasonable to think that Rich was the source of the leak solely because he was murdered.
However, I think you would have to be an absolute idiot to think that, if he WAS the leaker, that he wasn't murdered by the DNC.

Hitmen would never work for the Clintons. Clintons kill on the cheap and sloppily. It's what they do.
