who don't have any requirements from any gov. agencies about your hiring policies.
Have you changed how you think about who you might hire, over the last few days?

What are we talking about? Because of why?

If you don't get the implications, this probably isn't a thread for you.

If you don't have the balls to state your case plainly and clearly, you probably shouldn't have started a thread.

The thread police is here!

I will make it simple.

If you don't have to hire tokens will you avoid it?

It's a question moron. Questions don't state a case, only the answers do.

Nope.

I've always known what groups to hire from.

Scrolling through Facebook makes me question if this generation can even function in society much less hire them. I’d hire my 6 year old over most of these retards.

I hire good workers. I don’t care about color, sex, religion or who you vote for. I only care if you are a good employee

How do you know if they are good workers, until they have worked for you?

I’m tracking.

I will hire the best person I can for the least amount of money.

No shite.

I’m a capitalist. I’m honestly surprised this is a fricking conversation. If you aren’t hiring the best guy for the job you’re fricking retarded.

What if you have to trust them with valuable stuff? I mean, like going off with your equipment, and handling merchandise away from you, that is worth hundreds of thousands?

That’s a great question.

You can steal them from your competition
Check references
Interview thoroughly.

Short answer is you don’t.

Gotta be willing to cut people loose. Sucks. Lot of people play a shitty hand bc they haven’t gotten good cards in a while. Part of it.

That’s a felony. Most people are t down for prison over something that dumb and it’s pretty easy to recover your equipment.

And there is the little shite where the guy uses the company gas card to fill peoples tanks up at $1.50/gallon cash vs $2 gallon. Pocket cash. Usually takes a minute for the statement to roll in but they go to jail too.

Then you have guys who break in and steal shite.

It’s a gamble man. Interview better. Call past employers.

Hiring sucks.

Have you thought, after the events of this week, that you might get a little tighter in your scope, and more stringent in checking references?

Nephropidae- another one that's been gone awhile and has returned. Banhammered or busy? Have you seen wookalar, clark or frighteningbob in the abyss? bmy is back, though.

Just remembered because I made this for you once and I don't think you ever thanked me.
