Did mom make pernil? Did he go down to the docks and get shrimp for the Mofongo?
Does he know what pernil is?
This guy....he's all things and has done everything. He's an Irish Catholic kid who was first raised on Long Island who then had to move to Scranton because Dad went broke, then to Wilmington where he was brought up in a Black Church while hanging out with Catholic Puerto Ricans and chowing down on Pernil, Mofongo along with some Tembleque ( insanely good). While staying true to his Irish roots and protecting people from the likes of Corn Pop while dodging oily rain and snow.
It's a wonder that he's still alive and kicking.....or not in jail!!!

There's a video montage out there somewhere of Joe claiming he grew up in Catholic churches, synagogues, among blacks, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans, etc...

A poor black child who spent more time in Jewish Shul than most Jews while immersing himself in Catholic theology all the while chowing down on Puerto Rican pork......and getting arrested in South Africa trying to get onto Robben's Island to see Mandela....while cursing out Slobodan Milosevic in Bosnia. Also don't forget how he had little black kids in the pool rubbing up against his hairy legs.....Jack!
