Yup. While a very large portion of the population is voting red or blue no matter what, there is a large enough group, particularly in swing states, that votes with their pocket book. And that group is large enough to decide elections that have been as close as the last few have been.

I don't understand what's happening this time. Unlike the first term he didn't stack his cabinet with RINOs and neocons, but the result has been far too much interventionism and not enough America First.
I think he'll dial it back but I'll never know why it's gone this direction.

I don't look at him as a Neocon- He is doing everything other Presidents should have done years or even decades ago!
Cuba should have never been allowed to survive as a Commie country with Russian missiles in the 60's and Iran shouting death to America for 47 years and sponsoring terrorism against Americans! Venezuela and Mexico are nothing but breeding ground for cartels and need to be stopped. And the Iran issue has exposed the fact NATO is worthless, and we should pull out of that organization! Sadly, if he does, the next weak arse Democrap would get us back in...
