This war has been ongoing for 5 weeks and from the outside it looks like the US and Israeli military have decimated the Iranian regime. Not toppled and have not removed all of their capability. However, I never thought this would be over in a month. I of course do not want a never ending war, but I would give the administration and military 6 months to achieve their goals and see significant progress, that takes us through the summer but ends this thing by winter.
Iran’s defense strategy has been two fold:
1) to create worldwide havoc and just go “f the world” and create as much pain to put pressure on the administration to end it early.
2) develop and get as many drones that they can (probably some from Russia and China) rather than easy to target and hard to manufacture missiles to target their neighbors.
It’s a brilliant strategy to use when you know you can fight back and it’s working. This war will be won in the back hall conversations that Rubio and his ambassadors can have with leaders across the world. Can he maintain support or at least toned down rhetoric from Europe to get the time we need to finish the job. We have to treat this as a siege and let them use up their resources and as that happens the tide will turn. Of course, the wild card is Trump himself and that is what scares everyone and why support for the war can disappear quickly. He often times just cannot get out of his own way.

If the Iranian Republican guard stays in power, however, it no longer funds, terrorism, pursues nuclear weapons, or builds, a giant missile system, then that is regime change.
That's like saying Obama got regime change in 2015 with the JCPOA

If only a third support the regime, that's about 30M people.

470K posts, and most of it has been nothing but self-absorbed narcissistic bullshite. Hey, I guess it's better than having to pay for much-needed therapy.
PS - Although, you're actually above answering questions yourself. You still haven't acknowledged that President Trump shut down the border, which only serves to expose the extent of your TDS, boy.

So what is your definition?
So, my position is: start a thread on that question, not one that creates a mythology designed to support an agenda (Trump’s strategy has failed!) that is not at all supported by the documented goals of this military action - which have NEVER included regime change.
SloFloProcess is just reworking the old trope asking when did you stop beating your wife - phony horse shite…

The admin seems to be claiming regime change has occurred in Iran.
This thread is discussing whether or not we think that's a legitimate point or dishonesty/propaganda.

A lot less

You're asking a nutjob with almost a half-million posts not to be a redundant blowhard?

That's a much more interesting discussion, but not applicable to Iran unless we can argue that a member of the old regime in Iran agreed to be a US puppet (which would be the argument for Venezuela to differentiate it from the prior regime)
