I wish someone would call and say that the reason they are tabling this stuff is because Nancy Pelosi did not follow protocol to enable subpoenas so they want Turtle to do their jobs.

They probably would put me on air with a Republican stance due to my accent to make their point that rednecks are for Trump.

Hakeem spent hundreds of hours watching Obama hand movements while speaking to ready himself for this.

Why is rep hank Johnson not representing?

Clinton asserted executive privilege 14 times, some of them not in writing, but in 1998 became the first president since Nixon to have his use of the power struck down in court.
Clinton sought to invoke executive privilege to bar independent counsel Kenneth Starr from questioning aides, including deputy counsel Bruce R. Lindsey and communications adviser Sidney Blumenthal, in connection with Clinton's relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
Chief U.S. District Judge Norma Holloway Johnson ruled that Starr's need to collect evidence trumped Clinton's interest in keeping the conversations confidential, echoing the rationale in U.S. v. Nixon.

So Clinton tried to block witnesses but was struck down because the House followed US protocol and took the dispute to the judiciary. That almost certainly would have happened here too but Democrats had to save the country from impending doom and they couldn't wait.

Not sure. I've watched and didn't see a direct exchange. More along the lines of proof from Sekulow and Schiff getting a rebuttal. All I can think of

He is... it's pathetic and dangerous. The dims have screwed up our society and educational system so bad that many in their base will not understand the distinction between Trump's "obstruction of congress" vs. Executive Privilege.
However, I'd wager to say that a large % of their constituents have been acquainted with the criminal justice system and at least and probably appreciate that pesky attorney-client privilege thing and due process.

I think they thought he could be the next Black Jeebus.
And here he is playing clips from Dr. Fiona Hill, who is so fricking relatable to the ordinary American citizen.
