His show is good tonight. Sharyl Atkinson focused on the fact that our "deep state" is the bigger story here & Trump is just caught up in the tangled web. This is true.

Sara Carter went over timeline of how they were already looking at Trump campaign before the "claimed reason"--Papa-doc, etc so it's clear they are shady as hell.

Trump just tweeted about all this...somebody please link his tweet (I can't)

ETA:

Now Levin is saying Mueller probe is unconstitutional. This is crazy stuff.

You are dumb. The fact that he is President proves how dumb you really are.

Saw thread title and decided to flip over and see Levin talking about Mueller's appointment.

Does anyone know if similar issues applied to Ken Starr's investigation, and if so, would anyone convicted by Starr's team have recourse to get their record cleaned up?

Levin made a distinction between Ken Starr and Mueller yesterday.

I don't understand any of this legal stuff but what I think Levin was saying is that the other SC in the past had specific guides as to what they could investigate and how far they could go but that Mueller is wide open per what Rosenstein mandated and it keeps expanding with attorneys on his team acting as US attorneys...which must be confirmed by congress? I think the last part may be wrong but that's kinda what I heard.

Yes. He was basically saying that Mueller has been given more power than a US Attorney and wasn't even appointed and confirmed.

So what is the recourse now & who would need to take steps to affect Mueller?

Levin was mainly providing the lawyers of those being harassed by Mueller some artillery to take to court.

Levin made a great argument for this. I can't wait to see how this plays out down the road. Mueller has basically been made a de facto US Attorney by Rosenstein, which is un-Constitutional.
