I would care much less if Israel were killing kids with their own money, but they're using our money. Money that we have to go borrow from China.

I have sympathy and compassion for children of every ethnicity. This is child abuse. Of Palestinian children, BY Palestinians.

And these children were taught this in UNRWA schools. Which, as I already pointed out and you dodged, the US funded with BILLIONS of American dollars.

So if you only care about Israel’s actions because they receive US dollars, SURELY you are just as troubled by UNRWA doing this shite to Palestinian kids with US dollars?

I absolutely agree.

Americans work hard to earn our contributions to our government.

Our money should go toward a balanced budget, that takes care of American infrastructure, and defense of Americans.

Our politicians have proven that they're only good at destroying nations, not building them. And they're not going to stop if we continue to be silent.

Let Israel build their nation. And certainly defend themselves.

Often as I sit hear "lobbying" for the children in Gaza, my 7 month old grand daughter is playing in front of me.

I can't imagine denying her of her next meal. And then the next and the next. And dragging her thru Gaza's remains, looking for food for her and I. Hoping that nothing happens that either of us need medical care.

I know that the adults in Palestine are brutal and many should be probably be put to death. But I also believe that Israel has done it's fair share to create the situation. Hence, let those two figure it out, without continuing to put the USA in the middle of it.

Maybe I missed it, but no one seems to be arguing that the USA should be involved in killing children, just that Israel should. :shrug:

I really wish you the best BarberitosDawg. I'm sure you're a great person and care about children too. We've just consumed different information over the last couple of years, therefore we disagree on this subject.

Unfortunately, I'm not a bot. I just retired, I have 1 kid, 3 step kids, and 1 grand daughter. I have a (so far) mild form of cancer, and have mellowed in my "conservative" stance over the last few years. Most people are really good people, just trying to figure out the new obstacles that come their way every day, and deserve the benefit of the doubt.

But since We ARE financing it, Israel opens itself up to Our critique. (Until AIPAC is able to make it illegal in our country to critique Israel.)

When you provide your son with a car, insurance, gas and tires, will you not critique his driving? When you finance your daughter's college education, will you not discuss her curriculum and critique her grades?

And since you brought it up, I would agree with him on all the words you listed above. If calling them "progressive buzzwords" makes you feel more conservative, and helps you believe that this is a Left/Right issue, then goof for you.
