Until we rid the GOP of these FEW people...

quote:

Former George W. Bush campaign strategist Matthew Dowd said Monday on CNN’s “New Day” that Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was correct in saying to be more confrontational

When asked what should happen if the jury does not deliver a guilty verdict in the case of Derek Chauvin, Waters said, “We’ve got to stay active, get more active, more confrontational, make sure that they know we mean business.”

I actually just listened to Maxine Waters. Of course, we all have to be cognizant of what we say. I don’t think what she said in any way should. We should criticize her for. Of course, we should be more confrontational.

Yet it’s wrong for American citizens to peacefully enter the Capitol?

I have a tough time reconciling the idea of “being more confrontational” with folks not being permitted to protest within the people’s Capitol.

Trump said something every politician says every election cycle and the bastards impeached him when he was out of office. Meanwhile Waters actually does incite a mob with her speech and nothing happens. Where are all these hypocrites in the Democratic Party calling for her removal from office? Even better where is the 6 or 7 Rinos that voted for Trumps impeachment at tonight calling for Waters removal from office. You would think that at least they would be consistent and lead the charge for some kind of punishment for Waters. Tells you all you need to know about those people and all of them both Dem and Republican should pay a price next election cycle.

You need to understand the Left doesn’t give a frick about lying. The Left doesn’t give a frick that you know they’re dishonest beyond belief. The Left doesn’t give a frick about being hypocritical beyond any historical standard. The Left doesn’t give a frick that you know they’re lying through their teeth and changing this country on the basis of a series of demonstrably false narratives.

And the Left will only give a frick about you, your views, your rights or what you think of them - until you make them.

He's about as Republican as Ana Navarro, Nicole Wallace, or Jennifer Rubin. He's just another media whore. He went from advising Bush to being a political analyst on a show hosted by George Stephanopoulis. Pay him enough and he will say whatever you want him to say.

This is the goddamn truth. I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that there is no rationalizing with the present day left through discourse alone. There used to be a moderate core in the Democratic Party that could be reasoned with and believed in the common values regarding the rules of the constitutional political process, but blame it on the social media revolution or whatever it is that has accelerated at warp speed the conversion of the entire Democratic Party into a socialist movement of varying degrees, they have no limitations on their rhetorical methods and the limitations on other means are being stretched to the max as well. They now openly champion rioting, looting, slander, and violent intimidation to cow their political rivals, all the way down to the level of everyday Americans who resist their political will. The willingness to lie, cheat, and steal to achieve their ends is rapidly putting the historical long term stability of America's peaceful domestic political process in grave danger.

Their fundamental disrespect for the core tenets of American liberties, particularly speech and property, should chill people to their bones and serve as an extreme wake up call as to where this ship is heading right now if we don't get some serious correction going. The answer short of submission or political violence down the road is that the Republican Party MUST start enacting laws and taking actions through exercising legal power that seek to kill this authoritarian string of actions in the crib. No more fricking Bush's, McCains, or Jeff fricking Flakes. The only way to to successfully fight back is to have fighters at the front, not coward arse careerists more concerned about their advancement in Washington political circles and up the class ladder than serving their constituents and this country.

I want this explained like I’m 5

I then want it explained how this is different from Trumps rhetoric...which he was impeached for.
