Yea i know POTUS has the authority but going off of how these judicial despots have been functioning lately I think its all but certain that they step in tomorrow and shut trump down.

Just reported that lt gov said they’re going to file a law suit tomorrow on title 10. Again, good luck with that as I don’t believe they can’t stop the president in this regard.

It's only to be expected at this point. They are welcome not only to try, but also to enforce their ruling.
Their string-pullers are running out of options from their bag of tricks. It just so happens that they have not only exhausted the patience of POTUS, but that of we the people, as well. There will be no widespread outrage at the reprisals these useful idiots will have earned.

I think the NG and USMC will step in to restore order if the situation warrants. If some of these lawless loons feel froggy and want to jump, they aren't going to like what they find when they land.
