This is why you NEVER give up the guns. The ‘Government’ will lend mercy to the sick criminals at the expense of the good folk. The Judges are the problem and they will likely get the same ‘justice’ they met out to victims. They are not there to serve the interests of the criminals, but to protect the law abiding citizens.
