It would be a VERY simple exercise to find 10 KY lawyers who take a fundamentally different view than you in THIS case.
And arguing different views is rather the reason for the existence of this forum.

Or is it a SoCon pep rally? Sometimes hard to tell.

Unfortunate that these bible thumpers feel the need to get involved in other's lives.

Exactly.

So, your pretense that once you, the lawyer have passed judgement, no other judgement can be true is fricking asinine.

Thank you.

Since one can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich it's obvious the prosecutor wasn't trying very hard.

I am presenting my assessment. Nothing more.

I do not see you engaging in the same personal attacks against posters whose assessments mirror your own. That is a textbook example of bias and of the absence of objectivity.

And then tried to argue that your assessment was the equivalent of particle physics accuracy!

Meh. I showed up in thread and you were one of the last posts. And, I used to attempt to engage you. Then, I realized you were largely a fraud. So yeah, that's my bias. First, I went with your board false persona..........and, now, realize it's a false persona

While this is typically true, this particular GJ was formed in Louisville against a black woman against a conservative white woman.

Jesus himself, after attending law school might fail to get an indictment in this case.
