Nope, just a Constitutional conservative. But I don’t believe tyrants, be they elected officials or appointed judges, giving themselves authority to violate the plain language of the Constitution, makes the laws and regulations they use as vehicles do do so any less tyrannical.
For example, the NFA is unconstitutional, and overt tyranny. The 2A explicitly forbids the federal government from infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear. The NFA violates that right.
Ok. Then in your view, most everything Congress and the government has ever done violates the Constitution, and definitely everything since the 1930’s. Like I said, a totally unworkable worldview. There is a ‘Necessary and Proper’ clause in there to prevent the ‘plain-language-only forever’ type of interpretation you would prefer.
This plain language of the Constitution only utopia you speak of has never existed.

You said it. It's well known that they do not uphold their oath to the constitution. States are wanting to hold constitutional conventions over it. The constitution lays out what the federal government can do, and it's super specific and small. All else is up to the states.

You guys do understand that the people who wrote the document understood that nothing was unrestricted, right?
So you are one to believe the constitution is fluid and suggestion then. They didn't actually mean what they said? I think they were very careful in their wording for a reason. And here we are today, changing its meaning without changing its wording.

It really is ridiculous that the law abiding have to pay a fee but the criminal, well they just do what they want and a Soros DA and judge lets them go.

Well he vetoed it. Now we will see if the legislature has the balls to call a veto session to override it.

Legislature has a couple of vetos to override if they have any stones

How many city/parishes does Soros own?
I know Shreveport/Caddo Parish.....we should keep a running list.

The Louisiana conservative caucus is having a press release sometime today to put a lot pressure on the Republicans to actually override the vetoes, not just go into session.

Yes and Bloomburg ( unless he's a Soros puppet). This has been a regular stop for that guy. Our city council tried a gun control measure a few months ago. It got crushed. But they tried
