Because they are the sole receiver? What sense does it make to spend taxpayer money to put these people on a bus, drive them hundreds or thousands of miles just to make a political point and make their lives more miserable than it already is.

They have to pay thousands of dollars for the privilege of getting raped by their mules or held hostage in a flop house once they get to the states. Then they get taken advantage of by employers who know they can’t file an OSHA claim or a disability lawsuit or a complaint with the labor board.
