Is this not the same governor that banned the sale of baby car seats, cribs, rockers etc?

So... if your baby is sick and you need a car seat to take her to the doctor, you can't go do that.

So if you take your baby to the doctor with one of the parents holding it, because they couldn't go buy a car seat to replace the one that they just discovered was broken, I'm assuming they wouldn't write you a ticket, huh?

Yes... I'm aware I'm being ridiculous. But so is the governor.

I have already posted twice in this thread that I do not. Consider this the third.

The OP’s purposeful low-information presentation of these facts is what I take issue with, not his opposition to the order.

This generally applies to every thread OP has started on this forum.

Neither you or I know if you’re right or wrong. Can you go to farm supply stores in the state and still buy seeds? I bet the answer is yes.

There’s a fundamental question of why the entire garden center is closed. The question you guys are focusing on about a cropped photo and self-sustaining gardens is a red herring to polish tin foil hats.

Seems the stores could just move the flags.

Don’t get me wrong, not selling gardening stuff is stupid but no one banned the flag. Your post is misleading

Then why didn't you state that from the get go?

Are seeds banned or not. You have already stated they were. Get over yourself. You act like you are the captain of Message Board Police.

My citation: Listing something banned but not worded the way I would have

F you!

Because my support or opposition for the order does not change the fact that the OP is being misleading.

Nothing at all misleading. The SJW governor banned all sales in the garden (and other) departments.

The governor's order is arbitrary and capricious. Not the OPs post.

You don’t know the answer based on what you cited. One store roping off the garden center does not a statewide ban on seeds make.

So we are arguing what is or isn’t essential then, right? Don’t go shopping in stores for things you don’t need, because we have people that won’t self-isolate unless we prohibit them from buying shite they don’t need while we are trying to stop spreading this virus.

Which is utterly ridiculous.

Things like this show a lack of critical thinking skills among policy makers which much of the public trusts.

Another is closing off parks and trails as has been done in some areas.

I don't think it's a liberal or a conservative thing. I think it's a person being in charge of a state that has zero business being in charge of a state.

Assume much?

This was yet another overreach on her part. Was it sensationalized by the OP, yup.

However, this a Democrat restricting the purchase of an item that "may" be useful. Acting as though every town in Michigan has access to feed and seed stores is inconceivable to me. Having access to these items at a big box store is much more likely. The point is quite simple...she chose poorly imho. I would say defending her actions is moronic. Just my .02.

This I absolutely agree with you on. Telling people they can’t go hiking or walking in wide open spaces is one of the most ridiculous things to come out of this.

USAToday good enough for you?
