Graham is one of those who believe that a President should get his choices unless there is something clearly disqualifying...more so than what we've seen so far. Nothing short of being caught in bed with a dead hooker would cause Graham to vote no on a SCOTUS confirmation.

Honestly the fact that she can’t define what a woman is is the dealbreaker with her. If a case comes up where gender is a major factor, like say a Title VII case, how can she make a ruling if she doesn’t know what a woman is? She’s done with that alone.

I disagree.
There are other black women, if we can all agree what the definition of a woman is. We’ll need to check with a biologist.
After two days, I don’t like her demeanor and attitude that comes across, especially trying to defend her sentences of convicted pedophiles. She has a superior attitude about her righteousness relative to prosecution recommendations and sentencing guidelines.
She should not be confirmed.
Cannot answer a question regarding the Dred Scott decision? Even I can do that.
Can’t define what a woman is?
Sentencing guidelines?
And the sentencing commission failed to produce something like 45,000 pages of her documents?
I didn’t watch today, but I suspect less impressive than the last two days.
