Google's "LGBTQ friendly" business tag

Searching some restaurants for a party next weekend, and I keep seeing this tag that Google will denote a business as being "LGBTQ friendly" or not.
How does one go about getting this tag? I highly doubt there are many businesses out there openly being hostile to the rainbow warriors.l, or that would be considered "unfriendly".

You send a video of you sucking a dick to Google HQ.

What about “safe for white males ”?

I appreciate this, personally. Gives me a good idea of what businesses to avoid if possible.

You probably check a box on Google when you create a business profile. If I see it on a place I try and avoid it, because it means one of two things:
a) It is run by rabid leftists, the type who will put a sign up that says "everyone is welcome here" (except the unvaxxed)
b) It is corporate-run and they are trying to pump up their ESG score.
Either way, I will avoid it.
