I was told that if we got the vaccine then we stop wearing mask except for when we were in the room with covid positive patients. As a doctor who worked 80s per week through the entire covid pandemic and dealing with hospital admins being mask nazi's to the point that where back in the winter of 2020 they were so bad that I got written up for not wearing my mask while sleeping on the couch in the residents lounge. Of course, the POS hospital admins changed their tune the day after Biden was inaugurated, but I did get about a week's worth of freedom from the mask.

2. People who have gotten vaccinated can still spread the virus
