I’ve vacationed in 9, fished in 11 and delivered a boat to 4, 2 of them multiple times...even lived in one for 3 years.....great fishing but some serious issues all th way around. A lot of those issues are directly related to US Policy in the area for many years.

All I said was I vacationed in 6 of those countries and they were beautiful. Just an observation. The fact that it triggered so many further proves how deep that hate for people south of the border goes.

Tico's are alright, so I'd take the west side of costa rica, but the rest is nothing but drugs, human trafficking, and failed governments.
