By “you heard a story” on a podcast, you mean that I listened to source material written by those people who developed SEL (more recently CASEL), CRT, queer theory, fat studies and a dozen other Marxist schools of thought.

goddamn, you are a genius on the topic!

Naw. I know more than the average person about it. And certainly more than you. But that is simply damning with faint praise.

The people who developed critical race theory started a podcast about how dangerous it is?

Oh, we are supposed to pretend biases don’t exist in your world? Acknowledging biases exist is now indoctrination?

Teaching implicit racial bias in a math problem isn’t math.

Let’s go back to how I laid out the conversation would go.

“That’s not happening.”
“Here’s where it’s happening.”
“That’s one isolated instance.”
“Here’s a nationwide push by the Department of Education pushing racial ideas in math.”
“Good. They should be.”
“I thought you said it wasn’t happening.”
“You’re living in 1970. Grow up and join us in the brave new world you dumb white bigot.”

You’re a day late and a dollar short.

Can you tell me what than sentence means? I mean, you can’t. Because you wrote the response above clearly showing you can’t.

I’m confused. Does CRT stand for something other than critical race theory? Or did James Lindsay develop CRT and is now decrying the thing he developed?

How does the problem teach implicit racial bias?

You don’t really care. You’re simply playing a game like I have laid out twice in this thread.

If I could conclusively prove that schools were teaching left-wing ideology, you would end up telling us why it was a good thing. So you can just drop the charade and frick back off.

To anyone who is actually interested, here’s some examples of what’s happening in many Missouri school districts.

That is the most apparent thing in the thread.

Ah yes. The discrediting of the source (which actually shows where it’s getting its information) without really challenging anything.

Ok… so which is it? Did he develop CRT as you claimed and is now denouncing it, or does CRT stand for something else?

So you’re saying you listened to “source material”and this podcast?

What about CRT did you find most dissuasive?

The podcast is Lindsay taking source material and covering it in detail.

CRT is a one-note samba.
Everything is reduced to race. There’s no other reason for any problem. The racism it discusses only applies to whites, whether they are a minority or a majority, socioeconomically advantaged or disadvantaged.

Hilariously, as a theory, it’s fundamentally racist. It ascribes behavior and beliefs to a group of people based on their color.

Finally, it is explicitly Marxist, substituting “whiteness” for the “bourgeoisie” and “blacks” for “the working class” in traditional Marxist dialectics.

There’s more, but that’s a start.
