Flynn's a sharp cookie, and he understands the dynamics of where we are right now. That last comment is intriguing, because I've been thinking that "All Hell is going to break loose" at some point. I'm not sure exactly what it will look like, but I think it's going to be one of the most profound moments in both American and world history.

And with God's help, I believe we are going to win.

This board is completely gone. Every judge who doesn't rule in Trump's favor is "activist" or "not following the Constitution" and must be impeached.

The "national emergency" thing is off the charts.

I don't love Boasberg's apparent position on the flights, but ignoring his orders is stupid and going to get someone in real trouble. Anyone who has practiced law for two minutes knows this.

Yeah, Trump and company have come out way stronger and pushing many more boundaries than expected.

He’s pushing on some real stress points in the system. Likely by design and with a knowing section cheering him on.

My understanding is the planes had already taken off. I don’t think anyone told the judge to F off. Now you can agree or disagree but these are things that can be argued by law.

What would a national emergency mean?

It's clear to me that the bureaucracy will not go down quietly. How will Trump take them down?

Also - if Maxwell was charged with human trafficking, why are we not arresting the people she was trafficking to? Where are the client lists?

They first thing they are going to have to do is SLAP DOWN all District Court powers to enjoin a case on a National level when they are mere District Courts, placed in place not by the Constitution, but by Congress to help relieve the Supreme Courts burden, and only the Supreme Court has a Constitutional right to bring forth a nation wide ruling.

So, the S.C. can and must set a precedent that there will be no more District Judges bringing nation wide declarations of any sort, all of their rulings will only pertain unto their local district. This will stop all the Judge Shopping by the libs to get National Rulings in favorable courts.

First off, these District Judges need o be investigated, its no coincidence they are always in agreement with Libs/Dems on every case, and that the SAME ONES always seem to get chosen to hear a case vs. Steve Bannon, and President Trump, these judges were in cahoots with the Dem party and that is illegal.

They can be tried for Treason if they were knowingly trying to help overthrow the Trump Presidency in his first term.
