With what is being reinforced into the military, it makes is the all more important to understand what happens when 'White Supremacy' and 'Nationalist' are used to describe everyday people.

If you want a military that can be trusted when turned on the American people you first have to get rid of the patriots.

If I were still in, I would seriously evaluate my options for exiting service as quickly as possible...
The military has been one big social experiment for a long time... Bill Clinton shifted it into hyper drive and it has bounced around like a ping pong ball ever since...

The number of vets documented at the Capitol riots really embarrassed military leadership. They are trying to repair their image.

I fully understand that but a white person in a leadership position will not be able to operate in the environment they are attempting to create... It will be impossible to do your job for the feelings...
Every new social move or shift in the military has only served to weaken the service as a whole...

They are scared the military members will stick up for the citizens when they are told to do something unconstitutional. There was a lot of current and ex military members at the protest on the 6th. I am sure they are watching the oath keepers very closely. They could be the most dangerous right wing group to the democrats over reach .

The Maj, I concur.
When I joined there was a concern of theirs about The Peace Movement I had contact with. From the May Day thing. The Peace Movement was not a subversive group. They let me in and I had security clearances.
What bothers me with this new statements is the inclusion of terms loosely applied to a whole gambit of people.

The military is 78% white.

The media made a point of highlighting the vets. Like they do anytime someone in the military screws up. They might have served 4 years and been off active duty for 20 years and kill someone and they will say former service member involved in X.

I don't know. I know I had non-vet friends asking me what I thought about there being so many vets at the capitol riot. So regardless of the ground truth, the narrative that there were a lot of vets at the riots was accepted by the public and now military leadership is embarrassed.
