Does that include federal and foreign money he received at his hotels and under the table and other back door deals?

Bro, even Jim Valvano would tell you twits to quit and there’s nothing there. The dude is clean. Give it up.

Part of the reason why the Wash DC Establishment hates Trump is because he doesn't steal from We the People. They find something horribly suspicious about this character trait. They can't trust a fellow Wash DC mover and shaker who doesn't steal.

Think about it. Let's say that you are the new guy in the Russian Mafia. You tell them that you don't like to steal. Wow. You are an immediate outcast, right? Same thing with Trump in Wash DC.

Grifters always publicize their generosity

Throwing dimes around while you steal dollars
Just send the guy more money when he texts you
He will spend it smart

EX: Paid a lawyer $3m in advance then fires him
because he did his job

Well he did manage to get a 20% tax cut on his multi million dollar business so I'm guessing we've more than paid for that salary as far.

You didn't think there was a reason the 20% passthrough credit for businesses was permanent and your personal income tax cut was set with a sunset date for a reason did ya? :)

You think Trumps annual income is below $330k

Also, the pass through deduction sunsets on Dec 31, 2025.

Thanks for the reminder.

God, even with the many flaws, I love that magnificent, orange, Twitter angst creating bastard.

He loves this country and I can't say the same about others.

What are you smoking? The limit only applies on the pure 20%, past the limit you are capped by your either W2 of your employees or acquisition plus W2. You can guarantee Trump is hitting that 20.

And unlike many of the other cuts in the bill the pass through had no sunset clause. Your personal income tax though is dying off from 2021 - 2025. Too bad you aren't a pass through corp :)

There are many dumbass, "Sheila Jackson Lee" level, leftist morons posting on this forum but "Boxcar Willie" takes it to another level of stupidity.

Ummmm.
quote:

To determine your pass-through deduction, you must first figure your total taxable income for the year (not counting the pass-through deduction). This is your total taxable income from all sources (business, investment, and job income) minus deductions, including the standard deduction ($12,550 for singles; $25,100 for marrieds in 2021). You must have positive taxable income to take the pass-through deduction. Moreover, the deduction can never exceed 20% of your taxable income.

quote:

How the pass-through deduction is calculated depends on whether your taxable income (QBI income plus other taxable income) exceeds an annual threshold that is adjusted for inflation each year. For 2021, the threshold is taxable income up to $329,800 if married filing jointly, or up to $164,900 if single. If your income is within this threshold, your pass-through deduction is equal to 20% of your qualified business income (QBI). This is the maximum possible pass-through deduction.

This deduction began in 2018 and is scheduled to last through 2025—that is, it will end on January 1, 2026, unless extended by Congress.
